Agricultural Animated Support for Households (AGRICASH) is a Zambian, non-profit making limited company, registered in 2015. Its mission is to reduce poverty through the development and promotion of agribusinesses at household and community level. It directs production and market inducements to rural communities by improving the legume value chains from production, involving the use of climate-smart agriculture methods, to marketing of seed, grain and value added products.

The company focuses its interests on developing resource poor rural households to achieve household food and income security using innovative, but workable strategies. It enhances the legume seed industry by encouraging the multiplication and use of certified legume seeds in order to improve on the yields and marketing of food legumes.  To achieve this, AGRICASH empowers communities with capacity to build their small agribusinesses through the provision of loan funds to farmer groups and households at affordable rates.
